The studio
Free imagination.
Real commitment.
Wolfoath is an independent studio. We make games and keep room for software and prototypes — ideas born from curiosity and shaped with care.
We love worlds to explore, challenges that reward skill, and communities that grow around a good experience. Norse, Egyptian and Japanese mythology fuel our imagination; what we build from them aims to be original.

The name and the symbol
Wolfoath is a contemporary name made from the English words wolf and oath.
It echoes a Norse myth: to bind the wolf Fenrir, the gods tell him the fetter is only a test of strength, and Týr places his hand in the wolf's mouth as a pledge. The binding holds, the promise turns out to be false, and Fenrir bites off Týr's hand.
We don't tell this story as an oath kept — it's about a broken promise and the price paid by the one who vouched for it. Our reading is our own: we keep the wolf's strength and freedom as an image of imagination, and the weight of that promise as a reminder that, to us, a commitment is something you keep.
In the symbol, Fenrir appears in the angular profile; the rising cut at its center comes from the Tiwaz rune, associated with Týr.
